Trying to find a serious relationship but not ruling out other options while searching anymore less strict in matching in 2026 with the 10 or so likes I get weekly.

But I might start to change up the method after the winter. No use to change anything now. 

As for what Potato says there is a difference between quitting porn and having a loaded gun plus I might treat myself for my birthday in a couple of months if this still doesn't work out. At this stage I'm pretty confident that it will soon. I can see why most guys have given up though, dating is more difficult than ever. Pokimane was in disbelief that only 0.32% of men fit her criteria and to be honest her standards weren't even that high. It's how I got the idea to find out how rare I am as a fun experiment.

Anything has to be better than convincing himself he's Gordon Gecko crossed with Casanova rather than facing the reality that maybe he's just another internet nerd that discovered the gym but still lacks the complex human interaction skills that will make him attractive to potential long-term partners.

Approaching relationships like a transaction is what the problem is here. He thinks he has a winning offer because he's checked off everything in the checklist he thinks a woman is looking for, but women don't work that way. They're emotional creatures rather than logical. They don't approach relationships with a checklist, rating things out of 10. That's how he thinks this works and he's constantly surprised when they break things off after not being emotionally stimulated.

Nintex, you're my dude and I'm not trying to be mean, but seriously, on your next date, drop the Patrick Bateman act and just be yourself.

Yes it's ultimately very simple, and since nintex is in cloud cuckoo land half the time he is unable to piece together the simple analysis.

He's getting likes and dates so the option in the catalogue is acceptable on paper, where he's fucking it is moving from being someone they're talking to to someone they want to have sex with and much of that comes down to a supervillain level of neediness that he's completely oblivious to. He absolutely could convert a few of these into real options if he just wasn't weird and gave off a sexy vibe.

This is the source of many of your problems. I say this with complete love and respect, but I think you're leaning way to much into this ENTJ (or whatever) personality thing, and rather than it being a description of your natural state, you're trying to bend your personality to fit neatly into the descriptor, because that's what you aspire to be. 

Lots of people do it, they let the personality test result dictate their personality rather than understand it's just a descriptor of their personality traits in certain circumstances. While you may be ENTJ in your professional life, no one, and I mean NO ONE, has the same personality in their personal and professional life and just going by your description of your compassion, camaraderie and humanity for your parents and brother, you clearly aren't that in your personal life. 

Just be yourself when you're dating and stop trying to be something else as described by a silly personality test. You're a likeable guy from my experience, let that shine through instead of obscuring it with a facade of bravado adopted from too much internet.

I want to see you thrive my dude. Relax a little and take a breath. Sometimes we all get caught up in our own heads and it's good to take a step back and reassess our approach.

My parents/brother is family and that's mostly loyalty and duty first and love second but I definitely need to tap into the second part more on dates that's for sure even if I just fake it.
