The job market is insane right now. The last two times I was looking for work, I was hired immediately by different well known companies. Now all I'm getting is the scam recruiters trying to data harvest and only get paid if they hire you somewhere. Like Rose, Tanisha, Mindlance, several dozen other companies that are shady, pushy, and the most unprofessional I've ever encountered.

I am trying to keep my head up, but I'm deeply worried that given the state of the world people might think Trust and Safety isn't needed anymore. It is. More than ever.

Anyone else had luck so far among my peers?

I guess being a moderator of Resetera probably would expose you to a lot of misinformation and dangerous conspiracy theories...

I understand the sentiment about singling out that mission's removal and how it may look, but when they removed 70% of the substories it feels extremely misleading. There's more than enough bad shit and discrimination in the world, without the need to imply that a game that removed so much content did so specifically to have to skip this one mission.

Of course, I wonder why even remove so much stuff. Substories are, probably, one of the easiest things to program, since they usually boil down to a few non-voiced lines and very basic mechanics. It's odd to see so much of that cut.

I appreciate that view, it just adds to the sting that, thanks to the Yakuza 3 Remaster getting delisted, this particular substory has now effectively been erased for most people after K3 comes out (unless you buy it before then).

True, it may not have been a deliberate decision fuelled by transphobia. Just stinks for those who really resonated with that particular substory.
