When you're mentally sound and able to tell the difference between what's second degree (ironic) and what's not, there's no issue with it. Most people here remind me of the communities on X that make a scandal out of the different themes in a work instead of pointing out what actually causes problems elsewhere.

That thread is immediately misled by the OP claiming Section 230 is the First Amendment for the internet. It's not, the First Amendment is the First Amendment for the internet. All Section 230 does is say you aren't liable for user posts. Eliminating it or changing it wouldn't do anything about "hate speech" as that's First Amendment protected. What it would do is eliminate user posts entirely because nobody wants to be liable for shit anybody can post at any time. There would be no social media, no YouTube, no forums at all.

I was ordering food tonight and I didn't want much so I was going to get a loaded baked potato. That's $8 on the menu. But when ordering for my kid, I realized his kids menu ribs can substitute fries for the same baked potato. So that's $10 for a drink, 4 ribs, and a baked potato. So I got that for me. A normal adult entree is like $23 with no drink.

Is this acceptable behavior? I'm not a kid, but the kid's menu is a way better value. My wife did get an additional full priced adult entree, though she'll be enjoying my free kid's drink so she's also in on the crime.
