I’ve got a few reasons:
A) A few days ago Universal sent out a batch of new posters to the press (you can see them here if you want to)
There are seven total:
Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Peach, Rosalina, Bowser Jr, and Yoshi.
Nintendo Today has opted to release these one day at a time. Mario, Luigi and Bowser has dropped. Peach should be today. That leaves three days left, ending on a Thursday.
B ) Technically, the Yoshi reveal was not labeled as a second trailer. It was labeled as “Yoshi First Look”. Just like the title reveal was also technically not a teaser trailer. It was labeled as a “Official Title Announcement”. That means they have plans for one more trailer at some point.
C ) Pixar’s Hoppers is in two and a half weeks. We are in the window for studios who want to attach trailers to that film to release though trailers online.

Would not be surprised at all if Nintendo Today is doing a quiet countdown to the final trailer Nintendo direct. If I’m wrong, my bad. But I feel pretty confident it’s soon.
