When I lived in San Diego, you'd see Friday prayers at this mosque make the entire neighborhood filled with thousands of people, without fail.

I'll also add that in recent weeks and months, when I go to Friday prayers every week, I always wonder if it will be the last time for me. Or if I'll even return to my kids in an hour. My mind can't help but go there. This country is broken.

We are not able to shoulder the weight of the entertainement industry by ourselves. It sucks that people job safety is always on the line these days, but thinking that we mustr buy something otherwise a studio is fucked is a neverending scenario, it's simply not an healthy way to look at it all.

Oh my god. I went to play DnD at this gaming store I've never been to and it smelled like BO mixed with open bags of chips the whole time. It was a relief anytime the door opened.

I've heard people complaining about this type of gamer odor before. I think it even has a nickname? I've never been to a convention and I don't play MTG or any kind of TCG. The LGS I used to frequent was was in college town with a more diverse clientele. So I never experienced this.
