I had a bad feeling for upcoming 2024 election due to Biden's response in this disaster.
Many Muslims, social progressive and young voters among democrats were seriously disappointed to see how Biden's handle with ongoing Gaza siege/genocide.

I've seen too many videos of children in shock, trembling, and dazed. And those are the ones who survive. We need a ceasefire now. This is truly heartbreaking. How many more children need to be killed or be violently traumatized?

I was watching the news and there were all these people crying over the corpses of their loved ones. Just as the reporter got to this dude who was cradling his dead daughter in his arms the microwave dinged and I had to get up and go all the way through to the kitchen to get my popcorn. Sorry, but I think this is kinda important to mention directly:

Mori Calliope, under her alternate identity outside of Hololive, had previously had a history of saying the n-word despite being a white woman and has made raps/lyrics in the past that appropriate black culture. She's expressed discontent that she couldn't be a part of the culture due to being white, has made constant references to "the hood", and in general has made a lot of black/POC Hololive fans feel a bit uncomfortable. When called out about it by her fans, she's done nothing but argue that complainers are mere virtue signalers/haters and even released a song complaining about cancel culture in one of her recent albums.

It's disappointing that Konami would pick her specifically to do an official MGS collaboration, as her very casual racism (and the defense of said racism by her hardcore fans) ostracized many black people from Hololive/V-Tubers in general, and there are other V-Tubers out there that are not only just as popular but don't have that past attached to them. The idea is fun, but I personally find it upsetting.
