I played 3 hours of Zero Company on Hard last night:

• Reinforcements either spawn 2–3 rounds into a match or after you've cleared the existing enemies from the map. Either way, the game warns you a full turn in advance, so you have time to prepare.
  
• Enemies are tanky, but the game expects you to use the Advantage system to deal with that. You're supposed to manipulate Advantage as much as possible so you can trigger your characters' ultimate abilities and take out everyone quickly. Even 3 hours into the game, there are quite a few ways to rapidly gain Advantage (if you're actually reading ability descriptions, which PlaSma isn't)
  
• The droids always bunch up in groups. They're presented as a big threat, but they're basically begging you to throw a grenade at them to take them all out at once. Literally typical strategy game shit.
  

PlaSma is either not paying attention to what he's playing or he's truly pants on head retarded.

I don't know why they're dying on the gacha hill. Not every chinese devs copies stuff but Gacha devs are generally pretty shameless about it

No one is saying you can't enjoy the games or that the craftmanship behind it isn't there but I'm pretty sure that one of the reasons why they can pump out these games and updates so fast is because they have zero hesticance about just copying other games to a degree many western games don't. It's hard not to assume this is related to how Chinese culture has different morals when it comes to copying.

After yesterdays reveal of GTA 6, I remain unimpressed by Rockstars efforts. They've made us wait 20 years for this?

They can add all these features to let people roleplay as a criminal as well as pretend to have a significant other.

Yet they still can't add the ability for character to sleep under the covers?



At first I figured it was just a case of them just not knowing the demand. When GTA5 came out, there wasn't a lot of people asking for it.

RDR2 rolls around and I figure "ok, now they'll add it". Nope, still ignoring the fanbase of sleepy heads across the world.

Now with GTA6 and it's 30 years of dev time, I figure "Ok, they HAVE to do it now".



Lo and behold, they showcase 26 minutes of gameplay and there wasn't even a hint that they finally added blanket tech to the game.

I legitimately just don't get it. This company has trillions of Dollars and 8.3 Billion people working on this game and not one person can add this level of realism to the game?





There's a small sliver of hope that maybe they're saving the reveal for its own video or something, but I kind of doubt it.

It just feels like something that would've dropped with the rest of the gameplay if it was there.
