I'm still a virgin, but that's okay because when I fall in love I can tell her my dick is in mint condition

[Image: IMG-1120.jpg] this is the view from the Perge acropolis. Completely empty which was kinda bizarre and cool.

No, but this is an egg post if I’ve ever seen one.

Went scuba diving with 3 Dutch guys. None of them were nintex, I know this because they worked for the same business as colleagues on the payroll. The one from Eindhoven had bad things to say about the northerners but the Turkish scuba bird clearly hated Laurence’s guts; he was there for some kind of scuba licence and was a fat wanker.  I gave her four Alexander Hamiltons for 3 photos of me feeding fish. I still won because that is Monopoly money.

Got attacked by a seagull this morning. It flew into my neck and bit off a chunck of the croissant I was eating.
Felt like an Elden Ring insta-death random encounter.

He has ~3500 of them, filed and cataloged. Now he wants to turn his collection into an online museum.
Guy wants to move ahead with my proposal. He's going to raise funds though so this could take months.

The corpo has renewed for 2027 and has 2 new projects for next year, we just need to agree on the numbers next week.

My boss was hoping that would make me cool down but alas. He knows my frustration is with the general state of things and not one thing in particular.

Anyway I'm going to meet up with the guy I made my first websites for way back in 2010 - 2012 next week.
He taught me the basics of business, consultancy and how to sell. Going back to where it all started.

Mr. Rogers has been sabotaged. I will tell him soon. But his guy inside the government that runs the province supports the anti-AI movement. Liking posts about how it is a colonial technology and people are waking up that AI is evil blah blah blah. Ironically Mr. Rogers was born in a colony and fully supports AI. Or the guy "pretends" so he's not harassed by the woke mob for working on AI projects, that's also possible. It's insane that the left politicized technology to this extend.

Japan genuinely has ungodly puns everywhere. This store has a banner reading “Seas the day” over swim trunks.

My chats have zeroed in on 2 candidates.

1. 29 year old I matched with 2 weeks ago, the vibe is overall flirty. I like the challenges we are stacking up. At this point a sprint, steps and staring contest.

2. 40 y/o Iranian. She connects very strongly emotionally with my history of taking care of my parents. In Iran sacrifice and family is everything so this hits all her buttons and they're not scared to discuss such topics. Plus she's allergic to cats and happy that I don't have any pets. She was actually thinking about going to Canada so that's another good topic. I'm not sure if she's open to meet anytime soon though, I get the vibe that she just wants to chat with someone who "understands" as she's worried about her parents in Iran alone in a different country. She has her week stacked with activities like yoga, working out and pilates to cope and distract herself.

Number 2 I feel is something that Nintex from last year would be fixated on. Trying to make something work that has very little chance of working out. Falling in love with the story rather than a person.

Number 1 keeps surprising me in a good way and she was the last one I expected to stick around but here she was to announce she shattered my 10k steps with 25k steps at 23:59 so I couldn't catch up. I'm probably going to ask her out on a walk date tommorow to settle some scores sometime next week. That's an easy yes or no.

Now who is prettier? The Iranian obviously, no western women without a stylist or modeling agency can match that level of effort. The 29 year old has the same baggy pants, sweaters and big glasses as they all do but she's fixated on training which is a good thing for her physique. The Iranian is just starting out.

It's interesting though. People don't really like it when I take the easy path as I have been doing as of late. The prospect of me being AI business developer in a big agency owned by a Belgian no less instead of building my own business to earn that 100k a year is frowned upon. Dating the Iranian woman with the intent of a long term relationship would be seen as a beautiful love story while hiking with a random 29 year old doesn't have the same gravitas. It's also confusing for me in a "wait shouldn't I do more" kind of way.

A politician gave a big speech the other day that we should work 72 hours a week to keep up with China. But even if we do that we can't catch up with them anyway. It's much easier to just sell the cheaper Chinese AI's and white label them and invest the profit in American big tech.

I remember someone--I think it was Tim Rogers, of all fucking people--writing an angry screed about how awful the Japanese sense of humor is, and an extended portion of it was just how lowbrow he thought it was that Japan As A Nation is fixated and amused by puns, everywhere, at all times, regardless of quality.

The one that gets me is how they all talk like 50's greasers when they're angry about something. If I got to japan and it wasn't full of angry older men or bullies calling people punks for no reason I'd be sad.

I think I kind of agree on the japan sense of humor, I'm trying to think of any video games or movies I actually found hilarious

it's always really juvenile looney tunes stuff like "in the next frame the guy has fallen over due to how harshly he was rebuked and his leg twitches"

or the US president grabbing Raiden's crotch

the japs are retards tbh  lol

which makes it even worse when nerds get so obsessed they learn the language and move there really trying to be japanese  lmao

There’s a lot that’s rooted in or stuck in the past, depending on your perspective. The most popular comedy is just Abbott and Costello, over and over. Guys are still wearing sunglasses at night.

oh yeah, manzai, the idiot and the straight man

also I take it back somewhat due to one punch man, which still has its very juvenile moments but there's some good stuff in there (his special training regimen and others' reaction to it; being so uninterested in a fight that mid-fight he's freaking out because he remembered he's missing a sale at the supermarket)

lore accurate, I'm pretty sure these allegations will come out after the fun is over. President Trump sexually harassed members of Delta Force by pinching their butts and saying they had good genes and were probably "well equipped".

Zelda games have a lot of these whimsical moments too. If you see Japanese developers demo games like Final Fantasy or Monster Hunter or whatever they also chuckle quickly when "le funny" moments happen.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 comes to mind also Blushy Crushy

The 29 year old didn't have time this weekend but after a little push moved the date up to wednesday for now.
I need to check at work if there is nothing special going on besides the lay offs and everything but I think I can do wednesday.

Spoiler:  (click to show)
"Sorry I got bad news I'm busy this weekend"
"Shame you can't help lift the TV"
"hahahaha. But I don't go to anyones house for the first 2 dates anyway"
"This is <my town> not <shitty town> babe. We'll jump on a couch in the beach club"
"I don't get it what does <shitty town> have to do with it? :D"
"I'll explain that to you over drinks and a bite"
"Ok but can you only do weekends?"

My boss had been hanging out with a woman the past 3 weeks or so, mostly being a "nice guy". This weekend he shoot his shot, she thinks she is too young for him and that's the end of that.

I teased this one quite a bit. I told her she probably yawns like a seal. No she did not. A very young seal washed ashore so that was an easy topic to carry us over the weekend.

The dating market is in a more dreadful state than ever but there is a break-up season and inflation is hitting the girls hard. Not to mention our government is planning to raise taxes significantly as gas prices keep going up. The crack epidemic is getting worse too. All woke / climate shit has been erased from the profiles they now want traditional values.

Of course the media is picking up on this with more dating shows. They're now following victims of the "male loneliness epidemic"
Guy #1 religious black guy, wants a virgin and nothing else.
Guy #2 autistic, doesn't look at the girls he dates just starts talking.
Guy #3 alone for 7 years, avoidant, swipes right on 99% of matches. 1 date in 6 years. He doesn't like her shoe or the color of her dress or whatever.
