Okay you're going to think this story is a lie but ...

In P.E once when I was 14-15 we were all sitting on the ground and my teacher told my class this story about how as kids him and his friends used to go dirtbiking and they decided to pull a prank on their cocky friend where they pulled a wire between two trees to knock him off his dirtbike, only it ended up accidentally decapitatating him. Horrified silence from the entire class.

Anyway after 2 seconds this girl in my class this girl Ellie asked: "was he okay?". I started laughing and crying uncontrollably and nearly passed out because I was doubled over and the ground clutching my stomach and couldn't breathe properly. After 20 seconds or so I managed to get my breathing under control and sit up straight, at which point despite a bit of giggling from other students things resumed as normal. Probably the only reason I didn't get in trouble is because it was involuntary and the teacher knew I wasn't laughing at him or the girl, just the absurdity of a 15 year old (in an expensive private school) not knowing what decapitated means.
