I'm there with you, I was just being dry. At the same time it is bolstered by the fact there is no proposed tenable plan for how to actually define sex biologically into law. Which is why we have legal sex in the first place. As you know from their numerous attempts to, it's not easy to draw a box that solely excludes trans women (and accounts for how they want that to differ from trans men) without excluding some cisgender women. When you think of the population difference between us and them as well, in combination with the media empathy bias, those affected women would be the majority of what people read about. Remember also that most women don't actually care about this 'issue', so when it starts affecting them as a matter of law they won't be too pleased, and then you actually start to have numbers against it.

If they actually want us legally banned from women's spaces then there's a fair amount of groundwork they need to put it in place. Not that I doubt their ambition to, but there should be a few more beacons lit before that point. Doesn't help massively with the anxiety I know, but it's something 🫂

It's pretty damn cheeky to be outright banning people for supposedly refusing to clean house on a Discord outside the side when all of this was set off by mods turning a blind eye to repeated questions about their own refusal to clean house. This is straight up power trip territory.

Is he talking about how this incident started, or how Resetera was started?

It's just the guys running the discord. We refuse to house members who are perfectly ok with people who go to white supremacist websites that are only know to house doxxing materials in an attempt to attack members of this community. They were given more than long enough to make it clear to their community how big a line was crossed and to make it so it never happens again, but they refused. It's not a big ask to draw a line in the sand and say, "Don't do that."
