This isnt censorship. Twitter isnt entitled to a viewership if they dont comply with local laws. Sure, the fine gets into silly territory, but i feel its to dissuade content creators and whatnot from doing tutorials to avoiding the ban, and as others have posited here, it isnt necessarily as enforceable.

Mind you, that twitter user didn't tag any dev. They were just talking to themselves. 
The response from the dev is also a bit confusing as she blames the bad characters on the executives and "design by committee" but then also talks about how critiquing the characters hurts her feelings personally.

I had a large dog jump on me recently when I was out taking a walk to get groceries, and I just gave the owner a death glare.

"Stuff like this happens". No, not if you train and keep control of your fucking dog.

I get having to compromise in shared, public spaces, but this is an absolutely wild response to what was posted. You aren't entitled to letting your pet violate someone's personal space when they're clearly uncomfortable with it; compromises can't be this one-sided.

If a dog interacting with you in public is enough to ruin your day or mood then you're weird, you literally need to touch grass more.
