Ok guys, so I've been just offered a job offer that could really be good for me…. However the last time I did drug screen was before Covid. Now, this job does require me to get one….

However, I did smoke a small joint on my birthday which was when August started. I also just ate a very tiny piece of weed chocolate early September. Like a segmented piece of of a Hershey's bar for example…. I don't start until the 21st so I can probably delay the drug screen for a few days before I actually have to go in…..

Would you say that it would probably be out of my system by now? It's going to be a urine test. I'm in Florida if that matters…

Because they all don't understand that you could write the same sentence in Japanese, twice, and yet the written writing is different for each. It's a contextual language, you can write out something like: "You" in multiple different ways to indicate formal, non-formal, or even aggressive. But a Machine Translation?

They translate it all the to the same "You", because it doesn't understand those differences.

So when they go: "Why does the English Localization have a much different tone???"

It doesn't, it has the same tone as the original, but your machine translation doesn't realize which version of the words are being used, so all of that is lost.

You don't seem to understand what I'm talking about? I've never said anything of the sort exists in this game. I've said, repeatedly at this point, purposefully making a setting where a Christian Pope-backed hunter is completely justified in putting down a monstrous "Witch" creature and the monster army she created (compared to real historical events of what actually happened and all of the terms used) leaves a bad taste in my mouth. And this same guy also did a lot of work both sidesing the victims of Gamergate in that posted article, including the lovely quote at the end stating:

"Here's to the hope that during its second anniversary, #GamerGate will already be a memory we're too busy to think about because we are playing and discussing fantastic video games — neither being shamed for it nor feeling the ideological agendas pushed down our throats".

That's not a good attitude to give victims of Gamergate (which were overwhelmingly women) as far as I'm concerned, but I won't speak for them.

But that doesn't really go against anything I said. It doesn't change how people's depictions of witches are portrayed today. And when the (known) tallies were added up globally, about three-fourths of convicted witches were women or girls.

Then you will also know that In England, most of the accusers and those making written complaints against witches were women. And it still holds no relevance because I have yet to see a female enemy in the game. You have made your mind up on the game and I can't change it. Looks like you are on a personal "witch hunt" against it! lol! The game is good. Gunplay is magnificent and it is super impressive for such a small team. I'm done with this nonsense.

Sorry but what? You do realise that a large proprtion of men where actually accused of witchcraft and executed as witches too right? In Salem and the UK and Europe. In countries like Ukraine, Scotland, Russia, and Finland more men were accused of witchcraft than women!

And just to say, there has been no female witches or enemies in the game as to date. Sure! The final enemy may be a female representation of a witch but it is in a fantasy setting, like many hundreds of fantasy video games and movies.

Effectively the staff are making clear that they think it's not just racist but more severe than calling for violence or similar such posts to say something correct that they would prefer to not believe because it causes cognitive dissonance*.
