Like wasn't the point of him mentioning the RE8 performance problems wasn't to shit on PS5 or as you said "change the optics because I love Xbox", but to give people more information about the nature of dev, because they were letting early rumors about a normal part of the dev process, give them strange ideas about the Xbox being much weaker than it actually ended up being, when the same happened for PS5 as well, like most other consoles.

Like wasn't the whole 'creating' thing, actually from just the weirdness about how he brought it up.
Mentioning that he knew about the PS5 RE8 performance problems before, but never mentioned it back then, because he knew it would be fixed in time, when the dev tools mature and didn't want to give people the wrong idea, to spread doom and gloom about PS5.
But then brought it up, after it was fixed, as an example to stop people from using similar xbox rumours of performance problems from others, to give people the wrong idea about Xbox performance.

Not a single person in that thread understands what the "plan" actually is. If anyone actually attempts to use the executive order it will get struck down. Now it exists in a nebulous state for Trump to sell to his supporters and claim he achieved something and that the Court upheld it. But because it's so clearly unconstitutional it provided the perfect vehicle to take down nationwide injunctions with. They couldn't do that with any case that had actual debatable merits.

The court never said relief has to be limited only to those in the current case which they wouldn't be if the injunction is in effect for the District or Circuit. The complaint is that a District Judge can stop a law by fiat without having to make any decision about the constitutional merits against it.

And you're yet again trying to pretend this is my position rather than me telling you it's simply another in a long line of hundreds of cases where presumption of legality is granted to the state. This is exactly why Kagan used the same type of wording I did above: "It just can’t be right that one district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its tracks and leave it stopped for the years that it takes to go through the normal process."
