Well, you heard her: it's up to Nepenthe to decide if its racist by the magnitude of dislike of the rap music.  She said simply disliking it wasn't the issue, it was hard they disliked it.  Nevermind that someone can mildly dislike rap because of their racist stereotyping, and someone else can intensely dislike rap because they hate the production style, lyrical content, or sound. She decides by vibes and her own interpretation of peoples' motives which is always charitable: it's a Nep-Nep world and we're all just living in it.

Most people of racism tend to like older rap, or Kanye. Not dismissing the genre as a whole.

There’s also something to modern rap being the mainstream music. You look at who is headlining Super Bowls. Or movie trailers. Or ads. Or whatever. There’s a tendency to dismiss the popular shit pushed by corporate taste. People even turned against Nickelback in the 2000s.
