MSM did report about the nearly 30000 million documents being released, because that's pretty much the only factual thing that has happened (plus stuff like the DOJ trying to remove certain pieces).

Kind of makes me wonder if that was intentional by the DOJ, make it hard for journalists to verify anything to obfuscate any wrong doing and hoping things ease down... Hasn't worked with the DOJ's incompetence but still.

They were ordered to release everything. If they sit and gather it for a regular release then everyone complains. If they release it as it's available then everyone complains. It's absurd to think the government is capable of reading all these documents and then releasing them in some deliberate way to hide something. The government foot dragging, blacking out everything, changing it's mind constantly about what documents to release, etc. is completely normal about every government document release there has ever been in your life.

Yeah, the issue as I see it is primarily: I doubt law enforcement ever seriously pursued any of these leads or accusations. There's likely no hard evidence because they never tried looking for it. I'm thinking it's very likely that any investigations were under heavy pressure to not dig too deeply and keep it narrow/laser focused exclusively on Epstein and Maxwell.

We're talking about a clientele that included American presidents and other high ranking officials, foreign heads of state and royalty, Russian oligarchs, the richest men in the world, and was likely tied up with Mossad/foreign intelligence (and I don't think it's a stretch to believe domestic intelligence/CIA was involved as well).

Epstein's operation was not just the sex trafficking. He was also an information/intelligence broker, it's possible he had taken over Maxwell's father's black market arms dealing network, etc. Like, it sounds like crazy conspiracy thinking, but *gestures broadly* there clearly was a genuine massive conspiracy going on here.

But I will say, I get (and share) the frustration towards the media, because I think there's a clear double standard. If this was a Dem president, I don't think the media would be so reticent to publish headlines with these accusations. Yes, they would couch it in language such as "unverified" and explain that it's still just hearsay as of now, but I do think they'd run the stories instead of totally ignoring it.

I hope people in the media are working hard to corroborate what they can though and will cover Trump's inclusion here more extensively in the near future. Normally I'd be willing to wait and let them work on getting solid reporting together first. But my faith in legacy media is very, very low, so I'm not going to hold my breath.

Sure, a coroner declared it suicide, but given how the people involved and the insane amount of pressure to keep this shit hidden, I don't think it's beyond reasonable doubt to assume there is a cover up here.

I think it's very possible he wasn't just a participant, but an active part of the operation.

For sure, and every movie after had to top the last one, the stopped a giant ass plane from taking off with cars, then they fought a nuclear submarine, and eventually one movie had a side mission that ended up driving a car in space to take out a satellite.  Haven’t watched Fast X yet cause 9 was pretty meh, in fact I don’t even remember what that was about except I think Cena was the bad guy turned good guy.  They are still good turn off your brain and enjoy popcorn flicks though.
