But it is under my assumption that Israel and the Zionist do want to take land and populate it with Jewish babies because they want a Jewish majority since it's an ethno-state. A lot of people think Iran is like some backwater country with means to defend itself. There's a lot of shitty people in their government but there's also a lot of intelligent people in the population. I remember reading somewhere a long time that they actually have very good universities and have published a ton of tangible research.

Size of the country doesn't really mean much. Israel has some of the most advanced equipment in the world, stealth capabilities, and the full backing of the US. Iran has been sanctioned up the wazoo and hasn't had a lot of luck getting the latest and greatest. A lot of Iran's equipment are decades old. I don't know why anyone would think it was any kind of equal footing.

It is a huge moving of goalposts to go from such a factually wrong statement as "every original RE game is becoming lost media and replaced by their remakes" to "well, they're not available on Switch yet."

If you're that uninformed on the topic you're getting angry about, it makes your takes feel pretty disingenuous.

It's not moving goalposts. I'm pointing out that OG RE4 is the only game you can RELIABLY find on modern hardware.

Stuff is getting harder and harder to find if you want to play the original games and not JUST the remakes. You can argue semantics all you want but at the end of the day it shouldn't be a gigantic headache just to have access to the original version of a game.

At least in Onimusha's case Capcom seems to be slowly remastering the original games one at a time and putting them on all platforms, though we'll see if they ever get around to 3 or Shin.
