I think it's great how often they start talking about people using terms like "scum", "vermin", "ghouls" (anyone notice how they all started saying this? Even Blueball?) and declaring them not even people. It's especially hilarious that on a video game forum, they're using this language against people using just another form of technology. All couched in this apocalyptic misanthropy about the downfall of civilization tainted by a loss of innocence with a wish for a return to a mythological past that never existed. Combined with endless diatribes against democratic principles and limitations on the imposition of one's personal will on society.

So for the past few months I've been trying to be more open and open with my sexuality and gender and actually came out to my parents on Thursday. I've been spend more time interacting in WLW and Lesbian spaces and feeling more comfortable talking sexuality and stuff and was going to ask the other WLW thread; is it weird that conversation that would find odd or gross if it was with men aren't when I'm talking it instead with other WLW and lesbian women?

They're zero-sum black-and-white thinkers so now status is everything to them but they have no desire to do anything to obtain the level they think they deserve because they believe it's beneath them to take others opinions into account, hence the constant anger at the world for not giving them the status they deserve by fiat.

They can't be happy receding back into the status-free childhood because they're aware of the shame they feel being "left behind" and so need to demand, or come up with reasons like self-diagnosed disabilities or gender identity, others give them the status without any of the effort or implied shame of their choices. plagiarze wanted to regress into childhood but felt shame doing this as a husband and 40 year old man, luckily by deciding he's non-binary he now can dress like a toddler, carry "stuffies" in public, throw tantrums to get his wife to do his bidding, not work as much, enjoy early teenage eating disorders (for attention? I report, you decide) and focus on his "calming" interests instead of the anxiety of "society" imposing "its" wishes on him.

Look at how often they're ranting about what "other people" solely value, it's as they say, every accusation is a confession. They have no interest in learning what other people actually believe because they already know and it's subhuman. You don't have to do any kind of psychoanalysis and look at basic psychological stages and where they fit, they will openly tell you this in their posts quite regularly. To pick on Nepenthe just for the sake of ease, she's regularly telling anyone who will listen what all kinds of people she's never been and never met are obsessed with and want. They're constantly trying to whip up kerfuffles to realign the meaningless status of their cliques and thus themselves within the limited world of Era. They regularly try to shun and shame others for their interests. All while establishing a mandatory duty of loyalty to them that they themselves never apply to anyone else. B-Dubs is their target merely because he's the perceived authority figure, no matter how pathetic and weak and submissive he is, so they convince themselves he's behind every action and others like Nepenthe or Hecht or Transistor are powerless to the retail environment boss backed by the actual distant corporate management.

In other words, it's all the fault of systemic issues and bad luck. And y'all refuse to organize to change it.
