There have been situations where a stray comment to the wrong person could have gotten people into real trouble in their real lives. Or at times we've been told information that specific users felt we need to know to do our jobs correctly, but that had to stay secret due to their privacy or harassment concerns. Choosing someone to do this job requires a level of trust in the person that I don't take lightly. Everyone on staff is beyond trustworthy and we are careful to make sure it stays that way in order to keep the users safe. This isn't the sort of job where we can ever really share everything we know when making certain decisions without breaking someone's trust.

And I'm not talking about trust me bro. If someone was to write to the parent company asking which personal information has been shared by which admins on the discord, would that be provided?

It looks a lot to me like you've been sharing PI about your users offsite between yourselves and confirming it because you've got that information available to you in Resetera. Even if that was just email addresses that's completely fucked up.

make a thread that suggests increasing the leverage the userbase has? 2 minutes.

a mod misgenders someone in a thread because they likely didn't bother to read the OP/article? in a manner that has led to 2-week bans for normal ppl, despite their contrition and editing of the offending post? and leaves it up for...ever? no response.

we hear, repeatedly, that they can't be in all threads all the time, so please be understanding when they can't respond to a concern in a timely manner...unless they want to.

My business partner had an idea that wasn't received well by all our employees. Basically he wanted to create AI personas of all of us and then have them debate to see how accurate our AI selves would respond (i.e. would Nintex side with Trump in a debate about the US elections). Some employees protested that they didn't want him to use our data and run experiments like that.
