Literally every offshoot board has always been obsessed with us. Most have dedicated Resetera threads for it (which were dedicated Neogaf threads back in the day).

I feel like this is literally untrue. Most ban or at least discourage that talk, even NeoGAF.com stopped the dedicated thread as part of the overall changes Evilore made but he just allows it to be mentioned and mocked in relevant threads same as any other outlet. (Which I think is the proper thing.) I think we're the only community with a dedicated thread actually and it's originally for containment purposes. Kiwi Farms isn't a spin-off forum as can be seen by, well, just looking at it and seeing the "dedicated thread" is the same as any threads on there.

I've never understood the way they lie about such easily disproven things.

It's a tough question. Who is the better ally? Israel or a Palestinian state? Which is more stability?

a more apt comparison would be Bayonetta, in my opinion at least. In the sense that, for example, when you have the camera follow Bayo up and down as she gets naked and transforms, there's at least a reason there because of the character, because that is what they are going for with that character and ghe tongue and cheek nature of Bayonetta (now, how ever you feel about that is another issue altogether lol). Eve is just supposed to be a "normal" cyber ninja lady or whatever she is right? It's like having Lara Croft these days with skintight suits and jiggle T&A and camera angles looking at her ass.

In essence this thread, while admittedly weird, isn’t different than the Joanne thread there. Or any instance of them discussing tweets. Or Twitter users discussing TikToks. Or anybody talking about something they heard on the radio or podcasts. The meta discussion about discussions is normal.

There’s also that angle of guys who left a cult and want to help others do the same. That’s too noble an intention for people here. But it’s nice to imagine we’re Leah Remani trying to convince John Travolta the blackmail won’t matter if he outs himself. Metaphorically.

I really don't care about DEI / CRT crap. If people want to have that in their games, that's fine. It's the old argument of "If you don't like it then make your own game studio".
