I assume the conversation has moved on from the ethics of 'doxxing' but if someone joins the mma discord I'm in talking shit and acting tough the first thing I do is check if they've got linked accounts and, usually, the second thing I do is post their picture and mock them for talking shit when they are some fat pussy boy.

I apply the same logic here, if all it takes is a search of your username to find your pic / info / whatever then that is 100% on you (and I am very easy to find myself).

You know it's really annoying that they even attempt to have that conversation. We all know it's all already going full of anti-male rhetoric that's going to drown out the more reasonable takes. Great question, however they've been listed as a mod for a good while now. The only change in recent months that I've been able to find is that Moogle has stopped being a Mod now. That's it.

This game, its (unbelievably high/strong) qualities, and the trash discourse and reception around it are all hugely symbolic of the cultural decay modern developed civilization is currently experiencing to be quite honest with you. It's stunning actually, and I can very easily see this game and its reaction being something that art historians/anthropologists/sociologists in the distant future look at as a reflection of the culture. Because it's something else.

As someone who was in a terrible but very serious emotionally/psychologically abusive relationship with an extremely intelligent, capable person that was all about denying reality/trying to control my perception of things, let me tell you, I can spot/smell the bullshit from a mile a way. Shit's actually both disgusting and pathetic to me on a deep level. The reaction to this game at large has viscerally affected me personally because I'm intimately familiar with the mental games of deranged people.

And when I say the response phenomenon to this game is fascism at work, I am deadly serious. One of the core tenets of fascist movements is to bring culture to heel using the force and influence of terror. Precisely what's going on here. They are simultaneously trying to both deny perception and to shape reality.

This "attorney" complains about having too many cases to keep track, in this case they literally asked for an extension because they had too many cases, they take them off the internet for no cost all to shill their Patreon/Book/etc. They don't actually seem to have any clue what they're doing, the First Amendment claim in this case is laughable and no court is going to accept it. I wouldn't be surprised if they're pushing clients away from plea deals in order to turn cases into causes.
